JOB DESCRIPTION
Job responsibility Responsible for Regional Program Management for Customer Service Delivery Enterprise Segment of all Businesses across Wireline.
This Position is responsible and accountable for in term of Productivity, compliance, Quality, and TAT.
Key Responsibility
- Responsible for Service delivery for all business across wire line & wireless network, catering to business need with effective program Management (end-to-end responsibility) nationally towards order executions through internal & external teams.
- Responsible for Managing Program Management Enterprises Segment including ILL Acquisition , ILL LCM, IPLC-CC, MPLS, MPLS, Lease Line, CDN, IPLC, NPLC.
- Responsible to Coordinate with Regional Program Managers and Responsible for Order fulfilment and installation.
- Responsible for Managing vendors, agencies, 3rd Parties, BSOs infra service provider for Enterprise service delivery and lease of infra-structure.
- Responsible for upgrades, shifts, and other MACD Orders for Customers for Non-Retail/ Enterprise Segment.
- Delivery Cycle time and better SLA's and QOS for new projects / services being cost effective.
- Responsible to Track Pending Orders for Enterprise Segment with ageing and interlock with cross functional team for execution.
- Responsible for PRID of Non-Installable Orders (Enterprise Segment).
- Responsible to Track order Stages (Enterprise Segment) and coordinate with responsible Teams with timely Delivery.
- Responsible to weekly interlock with Feasibility, Access Management and I-Care Teams to identify Gaps in delivery and Prepare solutions.
- Responsible for Govt. compliance for Service Delivery
- Responsible for driving IT Engagements for automation of systems used for link deliveries, feasibility etc
