Overview:
The Customer Service KPDL PREMIUM plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention for our premium clients. This position requires a highly skilled individual who is dedicated to providing personalized and efficient service to our premium customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to premium customer inquiries via phone email and live chat
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle and resolve premium customer complaints
- Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with premium customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Keep records of premium customer interactions transactions comments and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Process orders forms applications and requests
- Go the extra mile to engage premium customers
- Resolve premium customer problems with precision and speed
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward premium customers at all times
- Assist with placement of orders refunds or exchanges
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven work experience in premium customer service or a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and practices
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent active listening negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with demanding customers
- Proven track record of successfully managing premium customer relationships
- Ability to adapt to new procedures and policies
- Demonstrated patience and empathy in dealing with premium customers
- Strong understanding of customer satisfaction principles
- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as required
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in a fastpaced environment
