Job description

- For the position of Sales Manager-Agency channel, we are hiring. For the discussion rounds, interested candidates may submit their most recent resumes.

Positions and accountability :

- Meet with clients to learn about their changing needs and evaluate the strength of our business's relationship with them;

- Develop, inspire, and provide guidance to a team of sales managers

- Meet with potential clients and develop long-lasting connections by becoming familiar with their needs.

- Generate leads.

- Build and maintain client relationships.

- Achieving hoped-for sales targets.

- Coordinating lead generation with marketing

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Qualification: Graduate/MBA

- Experience : 1 to 4 years of agency channel exposure

- Age : Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years

- Two Wheeler Required
