Role Description

The Sales Marketing Manager role is a full-time on-site role based in Guwahati, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase sales targeting the clients in the region. Key responsibilities of the role include identifying potential clients and driving client engagement, managing client relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, providing pricing and product information to clients, managing the sales pipeline, and conducting market research.

  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and marketing in Infrastructure development, real estate, or construction industries.
  • Knowledge of market trends, insights, and requirements in the relevant domains
