In this role, you'll:

Be the ultimate customer champion: Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service across email, chat, and phone, covering everything from orders and returns to product details and style advice.
Become the eye care expert: Dive deep into the world of eyewear! Master the ins and outs of frames, lenses, coatings, and trends to confidently guide customers towards their perfect vision and look.
Own the resolution, own the satisfaction: Proactively identify problems, creatively solve challenges, and exceed expectations to ensure every customer leaves happy.
