Job description

We are looking for an

INTERIOR EXECUTIONS SITE SUPERVISOR

with a positive attitude, should be a good team player, and have the ambition to learn for a multidisciplinary design & build studio that provides customized solutions to the client.

The Company serves clients who realize the importance of intuitive thinking and creative freedom while maintaining meticulous ways of design and execution.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

Review the blueprints and other technical drawings to ascertain the project requirements. Experience in modular woodwork fit-outs is mandatory. Delegating tasks and maintaining work schedules. Handle small-scale civil residential projects and interiors independently. Solicits vendors for pricing, recommends contract awards Assemble and prepare day-to-day work task schedules, and make sure timelines are adhered to. Chases and reviews subcontractor submittals, verifying conformance to contract documents Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the various departments involved in the project.

Requirements:

A degree or Diploma in Civil / Interior will be an added advantage. Experience understanding technical drawings - Electrical / False ceiling / Modular woodwork / Carpenter works / Flooring Etc. Proficient in MS Office and any project management software will be an added advantage. Good communication and documentation skills. Minimum 2-3 years experience in the residential/commercial interior industry. Able to foresee and circumvent risk appropriately. Good presentation skills, ability to persuade others, and good negotiation skills. Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual. Ability to offer improved customer service. Must have a two-wheeler and be willing to travel.
