Job description
Pre- Bid Stage:
The candidate should be able to
- Prepare proposal document and bill of material verification
- Bulk piping MTO estimation.
Post Order:
- The candidate should have understanding of ITB study, technical query/ clarification preparation at start of the project.
- The candidate should have an understanding of 3D modelling of equipment, pipe, pipe support in PDMS/SP3D.
- Piping for various equipment like column, exchanger, vessels, pump etc.
- Review and comment on vendor drawing/document within discipline or other discipline and for compliance with project requirements.
- Drive model review and tag closing.
- Preparation of Isometric and extraction of isometric from 3D model.
- Material take-off.
- Verification of piping tie in at field and preparation of tie in isometric.
- Clash check in Navisworks.
- Site support during execution.
