Job description

Our client's cutting edge solutions include : - ASIC Design - Verification - Physical Design - DFT - Circuit Design & Layout - FPGA Design and Emulation

They are looking for Senior DFT to be based at Bangalore with the following:

• Total 5 to 10 years of experience with 5+ years of experience in DFT
• Must have post Silicon debug experience.
• Must have Silicon Bringup experience
• Must be well versed with SNPS tools like Tmax, DC, Verdi, VCS etc.
• Should be able to generate, simulate and debug patterns using Tmax tools.
• Working experience on Mbist (SMS) is a plus.
