Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing campaigns in areas, such as SEO, Google Adwords, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Social media management, Google Analytics
• Exposure to the process of website/App design and development projects will be an added advantage
• Should have managed partial or complete digital marketing execution of an e-commerce website
• Ability to learn the various aspects of digital marketing
• Managing brand visibility across a large portfolio of keywords
• Provide recommendations in order for client sites to be better optimised.
• Monitor, track & report on web analytics metrics.
• Exposure to the overall spectrum of digital marketing and how each function works with each other
• Good at managing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written communication in English language
• Commitment to the vision of Noboru World
• Experience: 2-8 years
• Qualification: Any graduation, however B.E/B.Tech or MBA will be preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

• First 1-2 months time, you will be driving a client's digital marketing program by showing improvement in ranking of keywords, increased website traffic, Leads or online sales, social media growth, improved Email campaigns, etc
• In 3 months time, You will be working on multiple projects independently with guidance from seniors
• In 6 months time, you will be leading a cluster of client accounts
• In 12 months time, you will start building your team and managing the cluster of accounts, leading the client communication
• In 18 months time, you will be working towards award winning projects, pitching for new business and you must have already established a strong delivery team to manage the operations
