Role And Responsibilities We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. The responsibilities include:
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services
- Creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensuring the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiating and closing deals, as well as handling complaints or objections
- Collaborating with team members to achieve better results
- Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing with internal teams
Candidate Qualifications The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
