Position Overview: As the Media Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of media planning, buying, and execution for our organization. You will lead a team in developing and implementing comprehensive media campaigns to effectively reach our target audience across various channels. Your role will involve strategic decision-making, budget management, and fostering strong relationships with media partners and influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Handling online as well as offline media campaigns.
• Determine the best media outlet mix for promotional strategies
• Reviewing the media budget.
• Negotiating with channels for competitive deals
• Building the PR with the media houses for the promotion of the brand
• Creating new campaigns from time to time to capture and engage all types of audience
• Staying up to date with the latest media trends in the industry.
• Build long-term relationships with media influencers to promote our brand

Requirements

• BSc in Marketing or Business Administration or a relevant field.
• Proven 8+ years of work experience in the Marketing field as a Media Head, Media Director or a similar role.
• Strong working experience of analytics tools
• Ability to maintain relations with well-known media persons.
• Exceptional understanding of media planning and media buying.
• Exceptional knowledge about attractive advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts.
• Amazing budget allocation skills
• Ability to make beneficial decisions for the business.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
