Work you’ll do As a Recruitment Analyst, you'll be an integral part of our client delivery team. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with seniors and fellow team members to understand deliverables, followed up with required research for execution. Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, prepare final shortlisting with key details and process ahead. Coordinating interviews and assessments. Be a part of special projects in Research and analysis projects. Establishing positive relationships with candidates and internal teams. Develop a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape. Recognize key capabilities required for successful candidate placements. Utilize technology tools for effective talent acquisition. Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
