Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
2. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, influencers, and industry stakeholders. Ensure a customer-centric approach, providing tailored
solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
4. Product Knowledge and Brand Advocacy: Possess an in-depth understanding of the product portfolio and effectively communicate the brand#39;s unique value proposition.
5. Sales Operations: Oversee the development and execution of effective sales processes, ensuring seamless operations from lead generation to order fulfilment. Collaborate with other departments to optimize inventory management and product availability.
6. Sales Performance Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Provide regular reports to senior
management, highlighting key performance indicators and sales trends.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
2. Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the luxury lifestyle or home decor industry.
3. Strong network within the luxury market and a track record of successful client relationship management.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
