Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative UI/ UX Developer with expertise in Django, React, Node.js, and Python to join our dynamic team. As a UI/ UX Developer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between design and development, ensuring the seamless integration of user experience principles into our digital products. The ideal candidate will possess strong frontend development skills, a deep understanding of user-centered design, and proficiency in backend technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Frontend and Backend Development:
· Develop and implement frontend components, interfaces, and interactions using modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
· Collaborate with UI/UI/ UX designers to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
· Leverage backend technologies, including Django and Python, to integrate frontend components seamlessly.
2. User-Centered Design:
· Work closely with the UI/ UX/UI design team to understand user requirements, behaviors, and design goals.
· Contribute to the development of user personas, user flows, and wireframes based on design principles.
3. Prototyping and Interactivity:
· Create interactive prototypes to visualize and validate design concepts.
· Implement interactive elements, transitions, and animations to enhance the overall user experience.
4. Collaboration:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/ UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers, to ensure cohesive and consistent user experiences.
· Participate in design and development meetings, providing input on technical feasibility and implementation.
5. User Testing and Feedback:
· Participate in usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and insights.
· Iterate on designs based on user testing results and collaborate with the team to implement improvements.
6. Responsive Design:
· Ensure that user interfaces are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
· Implement best practices for mobile and web responsiveness.
7. Code Optimization and Documentation:
· Write clean, well-organized, and maintainable code.
· Document code and contribute to the development of coding standards for the UI/ UX development team.
8. Stay Updated:
· Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/ UX development, with a focus on Django, React, Node.js, and Python.
· Continuously improve skills and knowledge related to frontend and backend technologies.
Must have requirement
Must be working on UI/UX design and coding for last 3-4 years and should be able to showcase some of his work/ portfolio
Good to have requirement
Exposure to GCP, Microservices
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a UI/ UX Developer or Frontend Developer with a focus on user experience.
· Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Django , and Python.
· Experience collaborating with UI/ UX/UI designers and backend developers to achieve seamless integration.
· Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
· Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
