Job description
Review all mortgage applications and supporting documents toensure all necessary information is included for approval
Research applicants employment and financial history to helpdetermine the accuracy of application and documents
Communicate and document reasons for approval or rejection ofloans so clients and loan officers are well-informed of decisions
Making loan eligibility decisions and approving or rejectingapplications
On boarding introducers, broker & mobile lenders
SME, brokers accreditation & performance background checks
AFG Aggregator, TPMI knowledge, report generation, ABN, CAN, FADV
Underwriting & adherence to Australian Compliances, Fraudanalysis
Qualifications
Masters & Bachelors degree in business, finance, CFP,CFA, CPAor a related field
Working knowledge of Microsoft office and automated underwritingsystems
