Job description
The Executive/Sr. Executive - Social Media should be a dynamic self starter with extensive experience in Social Media Management, Content Strategy and Brand Community Building. This person would be responsible for creating the social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, and Linkedin with inputs from both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Define the brand voice across social channels and create share worthy content
2. Manage social media campaigns and day to day activities across all Social media platforms
3. Ideation of ongoing brand campaigns
4. Plan and implement Social Media Marketing Strategy, take ownership of the project and deliver within timelines
5. Engage in customer conversations on Social media platforms and moderate user generated content
6. Use contests, games and other interactive mediums for audience engagement
7. Create and maintain an exhaustive Social media calendar
8. Ideate, conceptualize and develop concepts in coordination with the creative and content team
9. Work on Product marketing campaigns and consistently engage with influencers . Amplify major product release/innovations across social handles
10. Stay in line with all latest social media trends and prepare social media calendars
11. Work on creation of content in various social media formats such as reels, stories, posts, etc
12. Full Time Graduate/Post Graduate in English / Journalism / Mass communication / Advertising.
13. 2-4 years of experience in managing social media, content writing, brand management, editing, etc.
14. The ideal candidate should be an avid social media enthusiast with a good personal following across social media platforms
15. Strong creative writing skills with impeccable command over grammar.
16. High energy and drive to work in a startup environment

18. Strong communication skills
19. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within a marketing team, and other departments.
20. Savvy with social media trends including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
21. Knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite will be a plus.
Office Timings: 10am - 6:30pm
Salary: 1.8 LPA
