We required the Sales Managers for our client based at Ahmedabad,
Candidates can work remotely and required to travel atleast 20 days in month
Sales & Marketing Manager - (PVC Back ground only) EXP : Must be 6 to 10 years
Location : Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Delhi Chennai, Kochi, Banglore
Qualifications and Skills
- 6 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing in plastic sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of sales process and techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in lead generation and business development
- Good understanding of marketing principles
- Proficient in using CRM software
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect for potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and KPIs
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities and performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales and marketing
