About Our Client Our client is one of the largest broking houses in India. Job Description
Development and implementation of fraud strategy, policy and initiatives and responsible for end to end Fraud Prevention & Investigations
Implementation / Review of fraud control procedures and implementation of new deterrents to fraud through investigations and follow up action
Ensure diligence using fraud prevention tool and initiating and monitoring investigation basis observations from the tool.
Provide strategic intelligence to Fraud analytics team and detection team to enhance performance.
Collaborating with other control function to strengthen the control framework
Liaise and work with law enforcement agencies, professionals and commercial organizations, government authorities and external fraud investigators to collate and share intelligence as appropriate, and to ensure that company is kept abreast of the most up to date information/intelligence on crime.in this field of expertise.
To lead team / self-manage investigations of suspicion of fraudulent, criminal and security activities as reported by stakeholders, providing an independent report for management to assist the disciplinary process and represent company in any related police and court proceedings, if any.
Responsible for leading, mentoring and managing a team of 20 people
Regulatory reporting related to Fraud and related controls / instances
The Successful Applicant The Successful candidate must have:
Minimum 15 years of fraud risk management, operations risk management experience in Banking and Financial Services (Preferably Broking and AMC)
Strong senior stakeholder management and team management skills
