Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Specialist located in Amman. The Product Specialist will be responsible for managing and improving our product features and capabilities, analyzing customer feedback and data, collaborating with software engineering and marketing teams, providing customer service and support, and driving sales growth through product knowledge and training.
Qualifications
- Experience in the field of Bulk SMS Companies / Information Technology Companies / Advertising & Marketing Companies / Software Companies.
- Experience in the field of (B2B) Business to Business / Selling Software / PaaS and SaaS Business / WhatsApp Business API / Information Technology Background.
- Product Specialists with experience in software development and management
- Analytical skills with experience in data analysis and market research
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Customer service skills with experience in managing and resolving customer complaints and feedback
- Sales skills with experience in driving product sales growth and training sales teams
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Must be a Fluent / Excellent command in English languages.
- Excellent communications and computer skills.
- Excellent knowledge in CRM & ERP systems.
- Must be a resident of Amman
