Job description
We're currently looking to hire a performance marketing executive (PPC executive) with experience in running FB/Instagram campaigns, Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), Media Planning and Buying across various platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin, Quora, Pinterest, Spotify etc with the goal of driving awareness, leads, sales and engagement.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing paid marketing campaigns. If you love growth hacking / growth marketing, this is going to be a great role and opportunity!
Responsibilities
- Launching and optimizing pay-per-click / paid marketing campaigns on Facebook / Instagram / Linkedin / Google / Youtube and other digital platform for a range of clients.
- Create and manage keyword lists, audiences and placement targeting for Search, Display and Remarketing campaigns.
- Optimise Ad campaigns, including bid management, audiences, ad groups, quality scores and other major metrics.
- Media planning and presenting projection of media spends to internal teams and account managers.
- Assist in copywriting and giving creative briefs / direction to the creative team for high performing ads.
- Competitor benchmarking, optimizing copy and landing pages for increasing quality scores, etc.
- Client engagement and management by monitoring performance, overseeing paid ad accounts (Google Adwords, Facebook Bing, etc.) and creating timely reports for various clients.
- Implement A/B testing and implementing conversion rate optimisation principles to continuously improve ROI.
- Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, techniques and technologies to suggest new and innovative ideas to grow accounts.
- Generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other initiatives.
- Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduation in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2+ years as a Ads Manager or Digital Media Buyer in a digital marketing agency.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting using Google Analytics, Adwords Reports, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or Google Data Studio.
- Good knowledge of overall digital marketing mix such as SEO, Landing Pages, Funnels, Marketing Automation, Social Media and Content Marketing.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google datastudio, GTM, etc.)
- Passion for Branding, Marketing, Digital Media and Internet marketing.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively to identify and resolve problems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate thoughts and ideas.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Excellent English, Data analysis and Math skills.
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
