It offers easy-to-use solutions around building loyalty, employee engagement, rewards and recognition and new hire onboarding. It also offers a wide catalogue of rewards and incentives to choose from including gift cards, electronics, dining and travel experiences as well as health & fitness packages. Founded in 2015 by an alumnus of the Delhi School of Economics, this award winning engagement focussed startup works with the best blue chip companies across sectors like FMCG, pharmaceuticals, automotive, manufacturing and others. Based out of Gurgaon this seed funded startup also has presence in the Middle East and Indonesia.

As a

Corporate Sales Manager , you will be responsible for understanding the business needs of the client and offering solutions pertaining to Employee Engagement, Channel Partner Loyalty, Reward & Recognition, Communication and Employee Experience.

What you will do:

• Achieving business growth and market development across cross section of industries by making corporate presentations to top management and explaining the concept to them (Concept selling) • Planning new marketing initiatives, searching for new business opportunities and new channels to generate business, • Providing implementation and project management support • Building, nurturing and strengthening relationship with existing and potential clients

What you need to have:

• MBA with atleast 5 years of experience • Highly ambitious • Independent and self-starter • Excellent communication skills • Positive and highly motivated and driven • Can do attitude • Must be tech savvy

Exp: 3-8 years

CTC: 8-15 LPA
