Job Requirement
Minimizing ‘throughput time’ and ‘work in process inventory’
· Coordinate with PPC department to prepare daily load chart
· Verify the daily production as per daily load chart, monthly PPC plan
· Verify the Routers.
· To arrange new tooling / special tooling for improvement and also for new product.
· Verify, everyone maintaining product identification and traceability
· Initiate and implement corrective action against non-conforming product
· Plan the operators shift duty
· Identifying training needs and arrange internal and external training for production personnel
· Ensure the configuration management maintained throughout the production process.
· Support the customer on the post-delivery support activities as and when communicated through sales & marketing
· Monitoring new tool, insert trials
