Job description

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

  • End to end execution of performance marketing campaign with multiple agencies starting from defining media plan to quotations to analysing the same with ADL
  • Maintaining track of the campaign including spend vs leads
  • Coordination with Digital Agency for Social/SEO/Content/Blog/Website/ Landing Pages etc.
  • Coordination with Rep India for ORM
  • Coordination with ADL and Cloudsteer for API integration
  • Campaign creation and Report generation in SFDC
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Working with graphic designer / agency to develop required creatives for digital campaigns
  • Working with influencers to get the maximum reach

Operational

  • Drive SEO, SMO (or SEM) and Performance Marketing Campaign (International & Domestic) for lead generation with knowledge of web Analytics and web design.
  • Knowledge of SFDC and its integration with third party tools will be an additional advantage
  • Develop and implement targeted Digital Campaigns
  • Plan, manage and execute various online events/webinars
  • Monitor, review, measure and report the effectiveness of all digital campaigns activities
  • Determine and manage the digital campaigns budget with focus on cost and quality
  • Collaborate with the sales function to understand specific targets and requirements

Functional Skills Required -

  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Preferably knowledge of Real Estate Marketing or Agency
  • Experience in handling agencies
  • Good knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Excel and Power Point Presentation

Qualification - MBA in Marketing with specialization in Digital Marketing for reputed institute
