Job Title: Website Program Manager Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager someone who boasts a comprehensive background in directly engaging with web and app development across a variety of platforms, and who has developed the requisite leadership skills to manage complex projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has progressively advanced through the ranks, demonstrating a robust capability in leading projects and delivering high-quality, professional websites from scratch. As a pivotal figure in our team, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring that all web solutions are executed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of web development projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Design project plans, schedules, and workflows, allocating resources effectively and adjusting as necessary to meet dynamic project demands.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring clear communication across all levels.
- Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a collaborative environment where knowledge and skills are shared.
- Conduct hands-on development tasks when necessary, demonstrating expertise in coding, platform integration, and problem-solving.
- Implement best practices in project management and web development, staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Ensure all web projects are responsive, user-centric, and optimized for search engines.
- Manage project risk, identifying potential issues early and developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure project deliverables meet all functional and design requirements.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in web development, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in project management specifically within a web development context.
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one server-side language (e.g., PHP, Python, Ruby).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks and libraries.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and SEO best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management certification is a plus.
