Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at Ganbeii Micro Brewery, located in Bengaluru. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared efficiently and to high-quality standards. The role will involve preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work area. The Chef De Partie will also work with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and train junior staff.
