Job description
Responsibilities: - Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.- Design and deliver wireframes and mock UI screens that are optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.- Well aware of the responsive design approach.- Facilitate the product vision by researching, user-testing the experiences, and understanding the user motivation for better long-term execution of briefs.- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.- Collaboratively work with the Game Designer to get to the best output. -> UX solutions.- Maintaining file hygiene and following the process that aids the team work in sync and provides consistent outputs is key.- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.Requirements: - 4 or more years of UX design experience.- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.- Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma is a must.- Basic knowledge of how responsive works on different device sizes.- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently, intelligently and quickly- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to internal team members and cross-functional teams. -> Clear communication skills- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.- A good grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting heuristic analysis, usability tests, and solving accessibility concerns with the help of senior members of the team.- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.- Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.- Be passionate about resolving user pain points.- Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.- Research and showcase knowledge of the industry's latest trends and technologies.- Above all has the intent to constantly learn, evolve, and drive change with the best interest of the User and Product in mind.
