Job description

1 Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts,
purchase Order etc.
2 Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions
3 Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner
4 Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month
5 Prepare monthly GST Data and file GST
6 Preparing profit and loss statements
7 Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations
8 Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc
9 Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all
other accounting activities
10 Proficient in managing accounting software(Tally)
11 Handling petty cash
12 Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
13 Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws
14 Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email
15 Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc and keeping track of them
16 Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes
17 Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics
