Job description

Roles & responsibilities : Electrical system Integration:

Integrate Electrical system into vehicles, ensure compatibility and functionality. Process and Manufacturing:

Plan and implement component fabrication, assembly, integration and inspection while ensuring product quality, production capability and safety. This includes collaborating with vendors and supply chain for outsourcing components based upon production capacity and costing. Component selection:

Choose appropriate Electrical components and equipment required for assembly of components/sub-assemblies, EV integration and in-line Quality inspection in production. Design and Development:

Design and develop electrical circuits, Wire-harness, testing equipment, etc. for vehicle integration, considering safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Testing and debugging:

Conduct testing and troubleshooting of integrated system to identify and resolve electrical issues. Collaboration:

Work closely with cross -functional teems and Project managers, to achieve overall projects goals. Documentation:

Create and maintain documentation of electrical designs, integration processes and testing procedures. This will also Include preparation of process SOP for integrating wire-harness, Lugs, other power, and signal level circuits, PCB, motor, motor controllers, etc.

What we look for : B.Tech in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. 2+ years for B.Tech of Electrical designing and testing experience in the automotive/Battery/Electronics/Battery Energy storage System (BESS) industry.
