Job Summary

Sun Pharma has two important markets of India and Emerging markets (EM market mainly comprises of Russia, Romania, South Africa, Latin America, South Asia markets etc – basically about 40 odd countries). There are many IT projects in these countries which run on various technologies and we are looking at an IT lead who will manage these IT projects

Areas of Responsibility

• Leads and manages successful delivery of large, complex technology projects and initiatives on time and within budget
• Preparing business case, working on project estimation, project plan, resource management, reviews & execution of the project
• Works with various country managers to provide technology solutions to business problems
• Works closely with external vendors and partners for delivery of technology and ensuring quality of solutions
• Providing weekly/monthly project updates & status reports to higher management

Travel Estimate

Would depend on the nature of the projects.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

· BE/BTech/MBA/MCA

Certification(s)

• Project Management certification (PMP) will be added advantage

Skills

• Strong understanding of Business Analytics/Business Intelligence (Tableau/PowerBI), Microsoft technologies like SQL and DotNet, understanding of web services architecture (SOA/API), fair understanding of new technologies like RPA, AI/ML, R, Python.
• CRM software like Salesforce or similar technologies
• Project management methodologies like SDLC/Agile and project management software like MS projects
• Has a track record in managing successful delivery of large, complex programs / engagements on time and within budget
• Excellent working knowledge of English language, both verbal and written
• Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to follow up and complete tasks
• Resilient and ability to handle ambiguity and work under pressure/meeting tight deadlines

Experience

10-12 years (preferably, IT Services / Pharma Industry Experience, from organizations of repute)
