Overview
We are looking for a skilled Quality Lead/ Supervisor would be responsible for leading the quality team in Finance Shared Services . We are only looking for candidates having logistics/transportation or supply chain experience. In this role, you will be responsible monitoring and maintaining the sites quality performance and reporting across all finance domains. Location : Pune Timing : 1:00PM – 10:00PM / 4:00PM to 1:00 AM Weekly day off: Sat, Sun (depending on the process requirement) What you’ll do on a typical day: Process management: Auditing of 10% of the volumes for every in-scope process daily. Monitoring the quality KPI’s for all the process under FSS (in scope functions under P2P OTC, Reporting) and reporting the same out timely to the leadership team. Quality Management: Drive sites quality performance by driving and leading the Root Cause Analysis, and Action Plan to fix recurring errors . Ensure all the process documentations are updated regularly and shared with the respective teams. Team Management. Regular performance review with the team members against set KPI’s and providing constructive feedback regularly. Stake holder management : Regular connects with FSS leads and managers to review quality matrix’s. Process Improvements : Regular process review to identify the process gaps and work proactively on finding effective controls and collaborating with all the internal teams to achieve process improvements. Continuous Learning and Professional Development of the team members: Identifying training needs of the team members across the site and creating training plans to mitigate gaps. Reporting : Managing the reporting of various quality analysis required by the various leadership team . What you need to succeed at XPO: At a minimum, you’ll need: Ability to work flexible hours depending on the process requirements. Bachelors in accounting or Finance or Commerce At least 10 years of experience in working in various Finance domains (P2P and OTC) team. At least 4+ years related experience in quality roles and team handling roles. Management reporting experience Experience within the logistics or transportation domain will be an added advantage Strong communication skills with all levels of employees and management Strong leadership skills Ability to lead initiatives across all the processes as needed in addition to daily responsibilities. Advance Knowledge of MS Office is mandatory. Should be able to perform duties independently and with no supervision Good interpersonal skills: participate in a team environment and build strong working relationships. Good with time management, multi-task and prioritize workloads, demonstrated analytical capabilities; effectively identify and resolve problems.
