Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Director - Financial Due Diligence. The Director will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial due diligence engagements, supervising teams, reviewing financial statements, and providing analytical support on transactions related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. The Director will also be responsible for financial reporting and planning.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Experience with reviewing complex financial statements
- Excellent communication, project management and supervisory skills
- Experience working with private equity investors, investment banks, and/or public accounting firms
- Ability to lead due diligence assignments and provide support to clients throughout the transaction process from deal origination to close
- Must be a CA qualified
