Job description

This is the Global Shared Services arm of General Mills Inc., which supports its operations worldwide. W ith over 1,300 employees in Mumbai, the center has capabilities in the areas of Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Digital and Technology, Sales Capabilities, Consumer Insights, ITQ (R&D & Quality), and Enterprise Business Services. Job Overview:

This position will support bidding event setup, execution, analytics, and reporting activities for competitive bidding events.

This position will require supply chain analytics background and bidding tool experience if possible (i.e. Jaggaer, Trade Extension, CSO-Coupa Sourcing Optimization ).

This person must be resourceful and have excellent English communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

60%

of Time

eSourcing event support and execution.

a. To effectively create, execute competitive events and support complex bidding events.

i. E-RFX creation (RFI/RFP/RFQ)

ii. Execute event set up activities, such as Data input, Field creation and Bid form structure creation.

iii. Event execution in Coupa Sourcing Optimizer (Current Tool)

iv. RFx analysis - Scenario analysis/optimization techniques using eSourcing tool

v. Supplier Management activities such as Q&A, Tech support, Communication.

b. To collect stakeholder feedback and work on continuous improvement

c. Ensuring high level of stakeholder satisfaction through e-sourcing.

d. Incumbent should have experience in working on data sets. Can identify issues and provide ideas/solutions for CSO tasks .

Process Improvement and Documentation

a. Implement standard practices to enable efficiency of sourcing practices.

b. Develop or increase compliance to standard communication templates, and standard operating procedures.

c. Create and document key processes.

d. Innovate or identify new eSourcing techniques that complies with process requirements and business needs

. Responsible for building optimization & simulation models and helping to identify, analyze and implement opportunities in the esourcing event.

. Process and analyze the data in bidding tool. Summarize the best options and Create dashboards.

Education

Minimum Degree Requirements:

Bachelors (Full Time)

Masters

Preferred Major Area of Study:

Supply Chain Management

Experience

Minimum years of relate experience required:

5 to 6 years with eSourcing

Preferred years of related experience:

6 to 8 years
