Hybrid Working 
Structured hybrid role:    
At Barclays, we offer a hybrid working experience that blends the positives of working alongside colleagues at our onsite locations, together with working from home.  We have a structured approach where colleagues work at an onsite location on fixed, ‘anchor’, days of the week, for a minimum of two days a week or more, as set by the business area (or nearest equivalent if working part-time hours). Please note that as we continue to embed our hybrid working environment, we remain in a test and learn phase, which means that working arrangements may be subject to change on reasonable notice to ensure we meet the needs of our business.

Introduction 

Responsible for providing end-to-end support administration of Barclays Salesforce CRM being used across UK and other international markets. The overall job responsibilities includes but is not limited to Stakeholder management, Incident management, Project deliveries for new features and enhancements, data mining, running queries and extensive reports and dashboards creation on lightning & Analytics for the management. Building process & idea oriented meaningful presentations for the group. Should be able to take lead on new initiatives and ensure end to end deliverability. To initiate, formulate and present recommendations based on analysis to influence the decisions made by the Project management, the Salesforce Global Practice and its stakeholders. Responsible for reporting progress on your work streams regularly to the project manager and other key stakeholders. 

What will you be doing?
Sales force Administration and Incident management (50%)
•    End-to-end administration including Data maintenance and Incident management
•    Act as a backup for any team member, in case of any unplanned leave or short notice resignation i.e. well versed with all aspects of Sales cloud, Service Cloud & Einstein Analytics
•    Ability to think out of the box, to be able to understand user queries and deliver beyond expectations by proactively providing solutions.
Business Liaison / Stakeholder Management (20%)
•    Act as a Centre of excellence for users providing expert help and guidance on a wide range of complex and difficult subjects.
•    Liaison with external vendors and 3rd parties for effective management of licensees and report management.
•    Investigate and resolve the more complex problems, issues and queries.
•    Liaise with the UK head office team, users, suppliers and other experts, as appropriate.
•    Provide users with data analysis that Salesforce can provide.
•    Provide presentations and a MI output at various forums.
Database Management (20%)
•    Responsible for Barclays Salesforce CRM database management, data mining, merging, running queries, publishing dashboards for senior management.
•    Searching, event creation, report running, merging, mass transfers, editing accounts, data mining in Salesforce CRM database
•    Report creation and maintenance of folders, dashboard creation and maintenance, tracking of user change requests, data processing prior to uploads, monitoring of emails for adhoc queries
Quality Management (5%)
•    Ensure that the highest quality and accuracy standards are achieved in all the deliverables and that it matches the stakeholder’s expectations
•    Drive for future quality improvements
•    Share knowledge and best practice standards in an effort to continuously improve content delivery 
Communication and Reporting (5%)
•    Participate conference calls and video conferences to provide feedback and updates on progress and results
•    Provide regular reports to Team Leader (Deal Support Team) summarizing team activities and statistics on driving business success

What we’re looking for:
•    4-5 years of prior experience in Salesforce.com technologies 
•    Certified Salesforce Administrator
•    Stake holder management skills
•    Project management skills
