Position: Process Engineer

Location: Taloja, Raigad
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma-Chemical
Experience: 1+ years
Responsibilities:
1. Process Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize reaction and distillation processes to improve efficiency, yield, and overall performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance productivity.
2. Equipment Monitoring and Maintenance:
- Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of reaction vessels, distillation columns, and other equipment.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and perform preventive maintenance activities.
3. Quality Control:
- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that products meet required specifications and standards.
- Investigate and address any deviations from quality standards.
4. Process Safety:
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct hazard analyses and implement measures to mitigate potential risks.
5. Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze process data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and make informed decisions.
- Utilize statistical tools to assess and improve process capabilities.
6. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to processes, procedures, and equipment specifications.
- Prepare reports on process performance, improvements, and deviations.
Qualifications:
- Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 1 year) working as a Process Engineer in a chemical manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of reaction and distillation processes.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and process safety management.
- Proficiency in using process simulation software and other relevant engineering tools.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
