Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Care Executive to join our team at GoodVibes Placement Services. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns by investigating issues and finding appropriate solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs and taking appropriate actions to address them
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues that require additional support
- Document and track all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Assist in training new customer care representatives to ensure consistent and quality service delivery
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of customer information
