Job description
Purpose of the position:
The purpose of this role is to to manage the entire Employee life cycle , maintain high levels of customer orientation. As HR Business Partner resolves complex employee relations issues, improves work relationships and productivity, and suggests HR strategies. Principal responsibilities: Onboarding new joinees while ensuring a world class experience. Consulting line management to understand their HR needs and providing appropriate HR guidance, Analyzing and presenting trends and metrics like hiring, attrition and retention to the leadership team Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances Managing the on boarding program for employees Taking complete ownership of the background verification process. Maintaining proper records and documentation of the hiring process and on boarding in view of audit compliance. Advising the payroll department on salary related issues for their action every month Keeping oneself updated on the contemporary employee policies and trends. Proactively reaching out to employees to understand their requirement. Spear heading employee engagement initiatives. Leading digitalization projects in HR Implementation of HRMS and its successful running for smooth HR Operations Key Interfaces Members of HR team in Linde India including HRBPs Employees All Departmental Heads External Consultants, service providers.
