Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies. The candidate will work closely with the HR team to ensure timely resolution of employee issues and designing HR policies that align with the company's goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge in HR management and operations
- Proven experience in employee relations and HR policies
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent time-management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) is a plus
