Role Responsible for Sales Offshoring and Sales Planning activities
Duties and responsibilities Support MAHLE global team on Sales offshoring and sales processes related activities on ongoing projects Tracks auto market and serves as consumer insights person through automotive sales trends, market share analysis, etc. to identify sales growth opportunities Preparation of monthly acquisition success report for VPs and KAMs in a timely, accurate manner Making an all-in-one document for monitoring all important monthly KPIs at one place and distributing it to plant and BUs Other ad-hoc sales support on various weekly and monthly reports preparation such as market updates, production & sales forecasts, etc. for top management in India & at HQ Qualification & Experience Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Market research / Corporate Planning / Sales is preferred Graduation / PG in Engineering / Marketing / Economics is preferred. Past experience in automotive is preferred Past experience in a matrix environment, ability to work in global environment preferred Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills Detail oriented with very strong analytical and quantitative skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and quick to adapt to IT tools Hands on experience in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint is needed Self-motivated and self-monitored Requires excellent time management, planning, organizational skills and commitment to excellent customer service Ability to multi-task and balance several important projects at one timeJob tags
