The client is a leading Shipping MNC company Headquartered in Glasgow, UK with offices in the USA and Singapore. They manage shore-based operations with professionals having seagoing qualifications with substantial experience onboard on the vessel types they manage.

Role Overview:

We are looking for Chartered Accountants (CA), Inter CA, MBA(Finance) with Sound Compliance Knowledge on taxation, Providing professional support to team members. We are seeking for Individuals who can Lead by example, provide and share knowledge within the team so that team is capable of handling the tasks independently.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountants with 2-5 years' experience in Finance Accounts & Taxation.

Inter CA and MBA Finance.

- Should have completed Article ship with the Big 4 Audit firms

- Must have good Data Analytics and Presentation Skills.

- Excellent Communication Skills.

Position: Manager Corporate Finance & Compliance

Location: Mumbai-Powai

Number of Direct Reports: 2

6-8 months Contract

Responsibilities:

-Cash flow, Fund Management-Team Management-Bringing efficiencies, process improvements etc.
-Statutory compliances-TP, Income tax, GST, PF etc.
-Other payments & Vendor payments
-Board Compliances-Board meeting, Minutes, Company Law compliances-MSME, Annual return, MCA etc.
-Other Compliances like Gratuity, STPI, Softex, SEIS, Dividend, FEMA, LEI etc.
-Customer Invoicing and Debtors follow up
-Financial Audits-Statutory, Tax, GST etc.
-Approving requests generated internally on MS flows-SOA, BRS etc.
-Updating of Manuals / SOPs.
-Maintaining Corporate Team KPI
-Any other tasks as required Head of Finance
