Cybersecurity Trainer
We are in search of an Industry experienced Cyber Security Trainer to conduct and deliver our Premium Cyber Security courses offline in various colleges and institutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Cyber security and Digital Forensics coupled with a passion for educating and mentoring individuals in these cutting-edge technologies.
As a Cyber Security Trainer, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering training programs aimed at equipping professionals with the skills necessary to excel in the rapidly evolving field of Cyber Security.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop a comprehensive Cyber Security curriculum, encompassing instructional materials, presentations, Lab Manuals, Use Cases and hands-on exercises.
2. Conduct engaging and informative training sessions covering various aspects of Cyber Security and Digital Forensics, catering to both beginners and advanced learners.
3. Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices in Cyber Security, integrating relevant updates into training content.
4. Provide one-on-one guidance and support to participants, addressing their specific challenges and questions.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, continuously making improvements.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Data Security, Digital Forensics or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Cyber Security Trainer or in a similar role. Three to Five years of Industry experience is desirable.
3. Strong expertise in Pen Test, VAPT, Wire shark, Burp Suite and Splunk.
4. Proficiency in Programming Languages, Database and Networking.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles and experience levels.
7. Prior experience in developing and delivering offline training programs is a plus.
8. Relevant certifications in Cyber Security are desirable.
