Job description
Responsible for Handling customer calls, Mail Communication with customers, Basic Computer Knowledge especially MS Excel and Word. Generating MIS Reports.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities i.e., enquiry follow-up, sending quotations, material planning etc.,
- Candidate should be aggressive in increasing overall sales revenue.
- Maintaining good business relationship with customers.
- Should be a team player.
- Should be able to perform under pressure.
- Should communicate effectively with other departments and branches on daily basis.
- Should have efficient planning skills.
- Generate MIS reports and coordinate with HO for better planning and organisation of spare parts.
