Outsized is a talent-on-demand platform curated for management consulting and financial services clients in Asia, MENA and South Africa. Our focus is on full-time contracts (remote or onsite), typically between 1-12 months. Our clients use us for a broad range of flexible talent needs. Recent examples include digital transformation specialists, project & program managers, strategy consultants, data scientists, actuaries, innovation consultants, agile coaches, and business analysts. We help our talent upskill, so they have better chances of landing their dream projects and charge fair rates. In addition, our members have access to an exclusive Community where they can connect with peers and experts, take part in live events, and find project collaborators. We have local teams based in Southeast Asia, MENA, South Africa, India and Europe. About the role: Associate This role is for the internal team at Outsized and is ideal for individuals who are excited about establishing an innovative service focused on creating the workforce of the future and building a global marketplace of fluid expertise to support clients in growth markets and execute their key strategic projects. The individual will be a part of the Middle East operations team and will be based out of India. Selected candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include: Support in managing recruitment mandates from matching through to contracting Sourcing and vetting relevant talent for key client roles and projects Working hand in hand with client-facing teams and various support teams to fulfil client requests, understanding the project goals and delivering quality output in a timely manner Market research, insights and data gathering relating to specific projects Identifying relevant trends in the market relevant to Outsized, our clients or consultants Developing reports, analysis and thematic reviews that can be shared with clients Skills Required: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Understanding of recruitment portals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn, IIM Jobs) Ability to engage with and manage senior stakeholders Good communication and problem-solving skills Who can apply: Only those candidates are recommended to apply who: Are available for a full-time engagement with Outsized (fresh graduates preferred) Are comfortable with a hybrid working model Can start immediately or within the next 15 to 30 days Have 0 to 2 years of experience What we are offering: Sunday to Thursday work week Exposure to senior leaders Involvement in strategic projects across technology, sales, data, and operations Location: Mumbai Our Purpose: This role represents a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference.
