Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Business Analysis team to partner with the Business.
As an Associate in Business Analysis within our Global Shares - Stock Plan Build Program, you will act as a vital link between technology, operations, and various business departments. Your role will involve leading and facilitating the development and detailing of business requirements related to the Stock Plan Build Program. Leveraging your skills in requirements collection, process modelling, and business requirements documentation, you will ensure the thoroughness, relevance, and precision of our operations. You will collaborate closely with technology, Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) business and strategy partners, and AWM operations to pinpoint technology and operational shortcomings, and draft and assist in delivering requirements. This role offers a chance to showcase your robust analytical and project management abilities, and your talent for identifying new transformation or automation opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Will be a liaison between technology, operations, and various business units to lead and facilitate the creation and specification of business requirements regarding Stock Plan Build Program
- Is expected to demonstrate strong requirements gathering expertise through usage of techniques such as process modelling, use cases, and documenting business requirements to ensure completeness, relevance, and accuracy.
- Will support the build of Stock Plan Program within AWM technology infrastructure.
- Will work extensively with technology, AWM business and strategy partners and AWM operations to identify technology and operational gaps and write and help deliver requirements.
- Will proactively participate in user acceptance testing projects.
- Will develop testing scenarios and scripts, identify and document functional test cases, write and execute test scripts. Consider rephrasing the bullet points to start with a verb or an adverb to meet the requirement. Revise the heading to 'Job responsibilities'
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Minimum 4 years of recent experience in developing and implementing cross-function business process flows, creating test plans and scripts to document complex business processes.
- Location: Bengaluru
- Shift: Late EMEA
- Proven track record of writing business requirements for financial systems
- Working knowledge of common techniques, tools, and languages used for enterprise analysis and business modelling such as BPMN, UML, MS Project and MS Visio
- Experience on process modelling or willing to learn Signavio if not trained already
- Ability to identify new transformation / automation opportunities through current / future state process assessment / process re-engineering / root cause analysis
- Proactively participate in user acceptance testing projects. Develop testing scenarios and scripts, identify and document functional test cases, write and execute test scripts
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- CBAP (Certified Business Analyst), or CCBA (Certified Competency in Business Analysis)
- Ability to analyze and resolve project-related issues and follow through with set objectives
- Familiarity with Asset & Wealth Management businesses, systems, tools, processes
- Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication, and can maintain a positive attitude and high level of performance on high profile/time-sensitive initiatives
