Roles & Responsibilities: • Appraise old gold items using your knowledge of gold testing
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to build ongoing relationships
• Maintain the look and feel of the brand in-store to provide a positive customer experience
• Communicate effectively with the management team regarding customers feedback on service
• Keep accurate records of gold appraisals and customer interactions
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Stay up-to-date with the latest gold testing methods and market trends
• 12th and above
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a relevant field
• Good knowledge of gold testing
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers
