Job description

Overall 7+ years experience with minimum 3 years experience in AWS Cloud Operations

Manage/Deploy the AWS EKS environment through automation tools (AWSCLI , Kubctl Helm chats, other cloud services)

Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration.

Act as operations support for all compute, storage, network and cloud services

Support experience with IaC for AWS using Terraform and/or CloudFormation

Supporting third party application deployment procedures

Development towards continual improvement of automation and procedures

Monitoring the cloud native services using the ELK dashboard and customizing the alerts.

Monitoring system performance and recommend corrective action.

Documenting current environment and ongoing maintenance of documentation

Collaborate with product owners, developers, and support staff to ensure continuous and reliable delivery of service
