Job description
1. Literature Search Report andnon-infringement analysis
Toprepare literature search reports for the products and share with formulationscientist to aid in product development.
To analyze the formulationstrategies received from formulation scientist and provide clearance to thestrategies at various developmental stages of the product development.
2. Product selection
Toprepare IP brief for the product and support for selection of the product indevelopment grid.
3. Invalidation
Tosearch prior art documents and prepare invalidation grounds against thepatents.
4. Patent drafting and prosecution and Patentabilityevaluation.
To draftpatent applications and file in India and other countries and prosecute thembefore different patent offices.
5. Support in Paper Discovery of the products.
