Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Property Manager. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, communication with tenants, vendors, and contractors, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining property records, and overseeing property maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management and customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and contractors
• Knowledge of regulations and compliance related to property management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with property management software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
