Reels and Frames is a premium photography company, specializing in destination wedding photography and films. Started by Anand Rathi, an Engineer/MBA turned photographer, the company has been a pioneer of the industry since 2012. Anand is a Canon Ambassador and a TedX speaker. Our Clients include names like Mr Akash Ambani, Ms Sonam Kapoor, Mr Rana Dagubatti, Ms Poorna Patel and corporations like McDonalds, Adani Group, Aditya Birla Group, Torrent Pharma, Rosy Blue Diamonds and many others. We are an in house team of 30+ creatives who work out of Nariman Point, MumbaiWe are looking for a Marketing Communication and Brand Strategy expert. This is a full-time role based at our Nariman Point Office. The KRAs for the role will be as follows:Establish long term brand strategy for the company including key areas like brand positioning, pricing, client servicing and engagement.Manage marketing communication including social media, website, offline eventsWork with the creative team (photographers, cinematographers and editors) to curate apt content for marketing.Work closely with the founder and the CEO on key business decisionsWhat is in it for you?Opportunity to learn various aspects of an exciting and growing industry (Indian weddings)Work closely with the Founder in a data driven and analytical approachBe a part of a young (average age 26), creative team in a fun office environmentDestination weddings and the food! :)Compensation in line with market standards.Minimum experience: 5 yearsSkills requiredGreat marketing acumen.
