Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Textile Designer to join our team at Rasik Product Private Limited. As a Textile Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing textile designs for our diverse range of products. This is a senior level position with 7 to 10 years of experience, and the job is located in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India. The position is full-time.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Textile Designer with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and CorelDraw
- In-depth knowledge of the paper industry and textile design processes
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills to develop original and visually appealing designs
- Ability to understand and interpret client briefs and market trends
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and color theory
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and create textile patterns and prints based on client briefs and market trends
- Develop new design concepts and ideas for our range of products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing to ensure design feasibility and market appeal
- Research and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor designs
- Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining high-quality standards
- Create and maintain design documentation and files
- Stay updated with the latest design tools, techniques, and software
