Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business Administration or related fields.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source and engage top IT talent through various channels.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements.
- Stay updated on IT trends and recruitment best practices.
